Distance Selling and Service Agreement
The Distance Selling and Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for device acceptance, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, payment, and delivery processes initiated by KTeknik Servis ve Bilişim Hizmetleri via cargo or remotely.
This document clearly outlines the service process, pricing principles, delivery conditions, warranty coverage, and responsibilities of both parties for customers who create a service request, send their device via courier, or approve a repair budget digitally.
This agreement is established digitally with your consent in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Below, the legal framework of the professional technical service we provide, your rights, and our mutual responsibilities are defined in clear language that is easily understandable to the end user.
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

Service Recipient (Customer)
The user who completes the service request form, creates a technical service request, delivers their device to our service center, or electronically approves this agreement to receive on-site service via our website is considered the user who signed this agreement.
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This document outlines the terms and conditions for repairing, testing, and delivering faulty, service-requiring, or modified electronic devices (computers, game consoles, graphics cards, etc.) belonging to the customer at our service center, using professional equipment (BGA chipset repair units, microscopic line tracing) and consumables (premium thermal components, liquid metal).
ARTICLE 3 - PROCESS AND TECHNICAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
- Troubleshooting and Confirmation: Devices received by our service center undergo a preliminary inspection and fault diagnosis. No physical or hardware repair work begins on the device until the customer is informed of the fault details, repair method, and a clear budget estimate.
- Externally Controlled Devices: Repair services for devices that have previously been serviced by other companies, subjected to improper intervention, have broken circuits, or have been exposed to liquids for a long time cannot be guaranteed to be successful. Such risky devices may become completely inoperable during the repair process, and the responsibility lies with the Customer who approves the repair.
- Data and Data Security: Hardware repairs (especially southbridge, BGA chipset, and BIOS integrated circuit interventions) inherently involve high temperatures and systemic risks. The responsibility for backing up data (documents, photos, software) on the device rests entirely with the Customer. Our company cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during these procedures.
ARTICLE 4 - REMUNERATION AND PAYMENT
- The service fee consists of the labor cost determined after fault diagnosis and the cost of any necessary replacement parts.
- The service fee approved by the customer will be collected in cash, via a valid credit card, or by bank transfer/EFT to our corporate bank accounts when the repair is complete and the device is ready for delivery. Devices for which payment is not completed will not be delivered.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS
Important Consumer Information: In accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; in services directly based on labor and consumables, such as "Technical Service and Repair," which are commenced and completed with the consumer's prior electronic consent, after the performance of the service... The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and no refund can be requested.
ARTICLE 6 - WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Hardware repairs performed at our service center (e.g., BGA chipset replacement or motherboard line repairs) are covered by our company's warranty only for the repaired area and the replaced part.
- The technical service warranty becomes completely void if the device is dropped by the user, subjected to impact, exposed to liquids, opened by unauthorized persons, or subjected to excessive voltage/overclocking.
- Applied to high-performance devices Liquid Metal In applications where the device is moved by the user outside of the factory insulation standards, or if blocks are removed or tampered with, the risk of short circuits is not covered by the warranty.
ARTICLE 7 - LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Unless otherwise specified, the round-trip shipping costs for devices sent to our service center via cargo or courier are the responsibility of the Customer.
- In the event of physical breakage, crushing, or loss due to inadequate packaging during cargo transportation, the responsibility lies with the logistics company and the sender.
- Devices that have been repaired and marked "Ready for Delivery" to the Customer must be collected within 90 calendar days. The risk of storing devices not collected within this period passes to the Customer.
ARTICLE 8 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In the event of any dispute arising from the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall handle disputes up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and in cases exceeding this value, Istanbul Çağlayan (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices is authorized.
ARTICLE 9 - ENTRY INTO FORCE AND APPROVAL
When a customer fills out a service form via the website, provides written approval for the repair budget via WhatsApp or email, or completes the "I have read and agree to the Service Agreement" step digitally, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement without exception.
