Can a device experience the same fault again after its motherboard has been repaired?
No. We do not use hair dryers or heat guns for temporary heating (baking) in our laboratory. The faulty component is replaced with an original new one, BGA reballing is performed with appropriate leaded/lead-free solder alloys, and it undergoes heavy load testing.
What should be done first if liquid is spilled on a laptop?
Absolutely do not attempt to turn the device back on and immediately unplug the adapter. Remove the battery if it is removable. Powering devices that have come into contact with liquid will burn microscopic circuit pathways and worsen the damage. Even if the device is dried, oxidation continues inside, so it must be transported to a laboratory without delay.
How long does motherboard repair typically take?
For previously unprocessed devices, preliminary inspection and circuit measurements are usually completed within 24-48 hours. Depending on part availability or BGA processing time, the process is completed after receiving your approval.
What happens if I don't give my approval after the fault diagnosis?
Transparency is our fundamental principle. The measurement results, including any faults and costs, will be reported. If you do not approve, your device will be returned in its original condition without any costly repairs.
