2. My tablet isn't charging; is the charging port or the integrated circuit faulty?
A physical socket break is visually detectable. However, if the tablet draws no current when plugged in or remains stuck at 1%, the problem is usually with the charging integrated circuit (Tristar/Hydra/PMIC) on the motherboard. Our measuring devices can pinpoint the exact source of the fault.
3. Can a swollen tablet battery damage the screen?

4. Should a tablet that has come into contact with liquid be opened?
